UPDATE:
The Diversity Visa (green card lottery) for 2011 is now closed.
Successful applicants will be notified by MAIL, not email, between May and
July of 2010. Those not selected will not receive any notification. Applicants are selected by a computer on an entirely random basis.
At the time of notification, the applicants will be provided with further
information regarding the next steps and relative feesinvolved.
