Natalia started practicing law by representing small and medium-size companies in tax and legal issues. She then continued advising international clients who were establishing and expanding business operations outside of their home countries. She has been living in Chicago since 2011, when she moved here to pursue a Master of Laws at Chicago-Kent College of Law. In 2018, Natalia received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Following graduation, she began practicing immigration law in a law firm located in downtown Chicago, where she gained experience working with family-based immigration, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals applications, removal defense (for both detained and non-detained clients), provisional waivers, and J-1 waivers. She has experience representing clients before USCIS, EOIR, and ICE. When not engaged in her practice, Natalia enjoys traveling, drawing, and spending time with her husband and two children. Natalia is fluent in Russian.
Katherine Del Rosario
Elena Diaz is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She attended the University of California at Davis where she majored in Human Development and Sociology. She then attended the University of New Hampshire Law School where she received her J.D. Elena’s own experience as an immigrant and speaking English as her second language inspired her to attend law school with the goal of serving the immigrant community. After law school, Elena opened a legal clinic at Casa Aztalan where she practiced family-based immigration working entirely with Spanish-speaking clients. Outside of the law, Elena has a background in the entertainment industry as a commercial actor. Her passion for the industry inspired her to start working with clients seeking extraordinary 0-1 visas. In her free time, Elena enjoys swimming, going to the movies, and spending time with her dog, Balthazar. Elena is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

As a proud Polish immigrant and U.S. citizen, Paulina enhances McEntee Law Group’s legal services with her personal immigrant experience. Paulina is fluent in Polish. She is a recent graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Bianka received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations-History and Japanese from Wellesley College in the spring of 2017. She now helps our broad spectrum of clients navigate the immigration system.

Thomas graduated from North Park University in 2017 with a BA in History and Secondary Education. Thomas joined McEntee Law Group as a Case Manager in 2020. He is also currently studying at Loyola University of Chicago and anticipates completing his paralegal certification in the summer of 2021. Being born and raised in Chicago – a city with countless immigrant stories – and marrying to a daughter of Filipino immigrants has shaped his view and appreciation of the immigration journey.

During college and after graduation, Susie worked with the law school’s Human Trafficking Clinic as a Spanish interpreter and also worked with Legal Aid Chicago. Susie’s hands-on experience with vulnerable communities, along with her close familiarity of her family’s immigration stories, significantly enhances McEntee Law Group’s legal services.
Operations & Analytics Manager
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Megan comes from a family of immigrants and has experienced the citizenship process firsthand. During her time at Loyola University Chicago, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Global & International Studies with a focus on human rights, Megan received a grant for her work at a Chicago-based non-profit that worked with international delegates and visitors. Megan’s own immigrant background coupled with her work experience have shown her the importance of a compassionate approach to immigration, something that she carries in her work as a Client Coordinator with McEntee Law Group.
Claudia Gutierrez Chavez
Claudia is originally from Mexico City and was raised in Illinois. As a proud DACA recipient, Claudia has experienced the immigration system firsthand. Claudia has worked as an Immigration Paralegal for over five years. She loves engaging in the immigration process and interacting with each person she gets to help.

After receiving her dual Bachelor’s degree in Communication & History from Saint Louis University in 2015, Deirdre began working with non-profit immigration organizations. With this experience and her own proud Irish heritage, she enhances McEntee Law Group’s legal services as she helps our clients navigate the immigration system.
Marketing & Social Media Manager
Katrina Iorio graduated in 2019 from DePauw University with an English writing degree. After graduating, Katrina joined Teach for America as a high school English teacher at a school in Chicago’s West Garfield Park. As a teacher, Katrina worked daily with vulnerable communities and realized she wanted to continue to pursue equity within her work. She joined McEntee Law in 2021 and is passionate about using her writing and social media skills as a tool for advocacy. Katrina is currently attending Chicago Portfolio School to further develop her copywriting skills. Her life would not be the same without the many immigrants she calls family and friends.
As a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in History from the University of Illinois at Chicago, James joined McEntee Law Group as Client Coordinator in the Spring of 2022. Being raised by his native Croatian mother and grandmother has given him an unshakeable empathy for immigrants and the unique troubles they may face before, during, and after obtaining a visa or green card. He strives to enhance McEntee Law’s team through accessibility and compassion for all, regardless of circumstance.
Senior Immigration Paralegal
Karolina’s own American immigration journey as well as true passion for helping others have led her to become an immigration paralegal. After studying sociology in Poland, she received her paralegal certificate and degree from Oakton Community College. She now has more than six years of experience working for immigration law firms in the Chicago and Silicon Valley areas. While working full-time at McEntee Law Group, Karolina is also pursuing a degree in management from Golden Gate University. Karolina specializes in corporate immigration law and both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. She is fluent in Polish.
Hilary has a BA in English from Elmhurst University and a paralegal certificate from Loyola University Chicago, along with over eight years of immigration and global mobility experience. She fell into immigration work by chance early in her paralegal career and quickly found it was where she wanted to be. Hilary is also working towards her Juris Doctor at University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, with a focus on international law. With this experience, she enhances McEntee Law Group’s legal services as she helps our clients navigate the immigration system.
