About Ryan Helgeson:

Ryan is passionate about immigration law because of the personal connections involved and the way it can impact people’s lives. Using this focus of empathy and understanding, Ryan counsels clients on all aspects of business immigration law, including E, H, L, O, P, and TN visas, permanent residency, and naturalization. He provides legal and regulatory compliance advice to entrepreneurs, human resource managers, in-house counsel, and executive leaders regarding immigration processes and corporate immigration issues. Ryan’s experience extends to talent acquisition and retention through employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and Form I-9 compliance.

Previously, Ryan was an attorney with Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. and with Vedder Price, where he counseled employers on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including employment-based green card applications. Ryan received his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2010. During law school, he worked for the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission and the DePaul College of Law Domestic Violence Project.
