We announced to our team this week that we will be closing the office at 1pm on Fridays for the foreseeable future.
Immigration law is a complex practice area under normal circumstances, and now that we are all facing unprecedented challenges, our work is that much more complicated. Our team has been working non-stop to mitigate the impact of constant policy changes on our clients, and to advocate for all immigrants.
As the lines between home life and work life become increasingly blurred, it is important that we ensure our team members are taking the time they need to rest and recharge. Our team is fiercely dedicated to their work and the clients, so simply encouraging them to “take a break when they need it” was not enough. We are modifying our business hours to show our appreciation for their efforts, to protect their wellbeing, and to ensure that they can continue to provide the best possible service and advocacy.
