About Dan Rock:

Dan Rock is an attorney at McEntee Law Group with a passion for immigration law that was sparked after living the immigrant experience while teaching abroad in China. With a focus on business-based immigration, Dan has extensive experience representing clients in non-immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, and H-1B1, as well as immigrant visa matters such as the PERM labor certification process, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and AOS. His clients have come from a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, marketing, engineering, and fin-tech.

Prior to joining McEntee Law Group, Dan worked at an immigration law firm focusing his practice on new and emerging companies, where he helped clients navigate complex immigration issues and advised on compliance and risk management. Dan earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College. In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and pet bunnies, and exploring Chicago’s food, sports, and music scenes
