About Irene Lee:

Irene Lee is a Senior Immigration Attorney at McEntee Law Group. As the daughter of South Korean immigrant parents, Irene’s connection to immigration is deeply personal. She approaches each case with genuine understanding and custom solutions so that clients can focus on what matters most to them: pursuing their goals and building their lives in the U.S. with confidence.  

With over a decade of experience in employment-based and family-based immigration matters, Irene has helped innovative tech companies, multinational corporations, and growing businesses secure top talent while supporting countless immigrants in achieving their American Dream. From managing high-volume immigration programs for industry leading companies to helping emerging startups develop scalable immigration strategies, Irene has guided businesses through every phase of their growth and individuals from their first entry into the U.S. to the green card process. Irene focuses on developing strategic immigration programs that include comprehensive compliance protocols, audit-ready systems, and comprehensive support—from navigating complex regulatory requirements to advising clients through government inquiries and leading critical training initiatives. 

Before joining McEntee Law Group, Irene built her career as both an associate and paralegal at several leading immigration law firms across the San Franciso Bay Area, including the largest immigration law firm in the United States. Given her interest in spurring more innovation in the legal space, Irene has also worked with emerging legal tech startups in the heart of Silicon Valley to develop advanced AI-powered immigration software solutions and service models. Irene’s unique background in law and tech drives her to deliver legal services that are client-centered, forward-thinking, and aim to elevate industry standards.  

Irene earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University and her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
